• You possess a valid, active Drug License issued by the state licensing authority (e.g., Drug Control Organization, Rajasthan) and a valid GSTIN registration.
• You agree to provide authentic copies of your legal credentials upon request before any commercial trade or shipping contract is finalized.

2. Product Listings & Market Pricing

All pharmaceutical products, specifications, and descriptions listed on this website are for informational purposes for registered healthcare networks and do not constitute direct medical advice or offers to the general public.

• Price Accuracy: While we strive to maintain absolute precision, pharmaceutical prices fluctuate based on manufacturer changes and government controls (like NPPA regulations). Final pricing will be confirmed exclusively at the time of official invoicing.
• Availability: Routine and life-saving medicine supplies are subject to manufacturer availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel allocation requests based on supply chain shortages.

3. Shipment, Delivery, & Logistics

• Delivery Timeline: Estimated dispatch times are provided in good faith. However, delays caused by unforeseen logistical bottlenecks, extreme weather, or regulatory checkpoints on national highways (such as NH-48) are beyond our reasonable control.
• Cold-Chain Integrity: For temperature-sensitive medical products (vaccines, insulin, etc.), risk transfers to the buyer immediately upon handover at the specified delivery address, provided our transit monitoring logs verify that correct storage protocols were maintained during transport.

4. Inspection, Returns, & Order Cancellations

Due to the critical safety standards governing the pharmaceutical supply chain in India, return and cancellation policies are subject to stringent guidelines:

• Immediate Inspection: Partner pharmacies must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery for batch numbers, expiry dates, and packaging seals.
• Discrepancies: Any claim regarding damaged goods, batch discrepancies, or short-supply must be reported to our 24/7 support access within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the shipment will be deemed accepted in perfect condition.
• Non-Returnable Goods: Once delivery is accepted, temperature-sensitive cold-chain products, life-saving biologics, and items near their expiry dates cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances to prevent supply chain contamination.
